Sales Manager


For our future development plans, we are looking for a:


The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

  • University degree from Economist or Engineering faculties of reputable universities; MBA will be an asset
  • At least 10-15 years of work experience in sales; 5 - 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Proven track record in direct selling management
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and client management experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of automotive, construction and industry sector is an asset
  • Knowledge of CRM & Multichannel Management
  • Knowledge of direct sales and e – commerce, telemarketing knowledge would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
  • Excellent knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Hungary and within Europe

Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and enhancing of sales activities
  • Planning and implementing of sales and marketing activities within the company policy
  • Achieving of planned sales and profit targets
  • Responsible for market penetration of the respective geographical region
  • Management and development of sales staff
  • Responsible of developing Regional Sales Managers, District Managers and the whole sales force
  • Representing of the company at major customers within the region
  • Managing the business activity in the market
